Your request is accountable for a one hour fee- at the least. Any additional support exceeding the one hour is declared at an extra $99.99 per hour for each request.

For all non-emergency requests, allow us up to 2 days for feedback and response. For all emergency requests, you are liable to a $50 rush fee per hour. WordPress Health authority will acclaim all requests.

WordPress Health offers a quick fix option for $49.99 to do an initial investigation, and fix if deemed quick. If a problem needs a solution WordPress Health will provide you with a further estimate. WPHealth will determine what is considered a quick fix, or what needs a bigger solution. All rights are reserved to WordPress Health’s discretion.

Packages include what is stated on the website services page. WordPress Health is not liable for any malfunctions outside of its package service responsibility. The packages we offer are above and all details are listed upon the Packages page on the website. Anything that is entailed in your service is listed. WordPress Health obtains all rights as to what the package entails and is subject to change based on that.

Termination & Cancellation

For monthly plans: After services have been rendered for 60 days, a cancellation can occur at any convenience. We do our best to serve you and keep you happy. However, if you are not satisfied with our service we want to hear how we can improve while giving you an option to cancel.

For yearly plans: Yearly plans are discounted and take time for us to recoup our cost involved in providing our services. For this reason, yearly pans can be canceled at any time and set to not renew but No refunds nor prorate will be given for first-year payment.

WordPress Health obtains the ability to permanently or temporarily relinquish your account. This may come without any reason or notice. In the event that your account may be terminated, so immediately will be your right of service use. If you choose to terminate your WordPress Health account, or services rendered, please reach out to us with your request and we will promptly serve you.

Changes
As stated above: Due to any account of site/service maintenance, fixing, or foreign occurrences, your current access may be disturbed until all issues are resolved. WordPress Health administration will disclose an alerted announcement visible within the website of any changes forthcoming or present.
