  • What takes place after registration?
    After registration is complete, a WordPress Health nurse will be in touch. We will securely send you an email asking about your specific needs, along with a request for required information so we can initiate account management/maintenance. Examples of required info include: access to your websites hosting platform (for installing/restoring purposes). Don’t forget, you are in obligation to register a WordPress username with admin access.

    Can I register if my website isn't WordPress?

    Will you migrate my website?
    Absolutely. If you are a plan holder we will be happy to migrate your website, one time per plan. If you currently don’t have a plan and want us to migrate your site, it will be a one-time fee of $30.
  • Is my host compatible with WordPress Health’s services?
    We strive for convenience. Therefore, WordPress Health’s services are compatible with most hosts. If you are not compatible with your current host, let us migrate your website to one that is.
    Do you provide hosting?
    We do. We offer web hosting to everyone. If you are dissatisfied with your current web hosting or are looking for more convenience, we will be happy to get you set up today.
    How do I pay?
    We accept most major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. From there, your account is charged automatically (month-to-month) unless you decide to enhance your plan or cancel.
    How does the canceling process work?
    We are sad to see you go. However, we understand it happens and will strive to make it a simple experience for you. Please note: we don’t award any refunds for already executed purchases.
